Very balanced, elegant dark red, full, fragrant wine. Very recognizable nose of liquorice and cherries at first. The secondary scents of wood and tobacco caresses the nose, afterwards blackberries, black currants, floral elements and spiciness in the nose such as flint and mineralite.
Beautiful fruity, round wine, with very soft tannins and a slight touch of wood. Wonderfully aromatic with a beautiful aftertaste
Vinification: in stainless steel barrels, using Pied-de-Cuve and native yeasts, battonage and maturation on fine lees for 5 months, on old French barrique for 3 months
Pairing: perfect with traditional Mediteranean plates, tuna fish, pinchos, Indian plates Delicious with veal and beef, but also spicy poultry and a fresh salad.
Cellar: storage potential of 10-15 years
