Very balanced, elegant dark red, full, fragrant wine. Slightly closed in aroma at first with light fruitiness of fresh red fruit. After waltzing, spiciness expresses, with aromas of dark red fruit such as blackberry, plums and wild berries (cassis), with exceptional spiciness of black pepper, bay leaf, thyme, vanilla and rosemary. Beautiful round wine, with very soft tannins and a slight touch of wood. Wonderfully aromatic with a long aftertaste.
Vinification: in stainless steel barrels, using Pied-de-Cuve and native yeasts, battonage and maturation on fine lees for 5 months, on old French barrique for 3 months
Pairing: Delicious with BBQ, spicy dishes, game and hard cheeses
Cellar: storage potential of 10-15 years
