Volcanic wines, manual harvest, open fermentation, autochtone yiest, blends of wines elaborated in Depositos of Acero, French Oak Barricas, Tajinas, Concrete Eggs (Nomblot),... all the best onologues in Tenerife work with them.

Most interesting, and very hard to find all over the world, is the pure taste and mineralogy of a volcano, in this case Mount Teide. Secondary, but for us even more important, is the manual harvest, calibrating and sorting of the grape bunches.

You will not find any automatic harvesting machine on the Islands, and we are glad about this. To all our colleagues, let's continue this way, we're on the right track.
